This page answers common questions about our February 1, 2026 membership and court pricing updates, and explains how these changes support a sustainable, multi-sport facility at BTT.

Why are prices changing now?
We have not adjusted membership or court pricing since Fall 2022, despite rising operating costs and significant growth in programming, staffing, and facility improvements. These updates allow us to continue improving the experience at BTT while keeping the facility sustainable long term.

When do the new prices take effect?
All updated membership and court pricing takes effect February 1, 2026.

Membership
What are the new membership rates?
Adult Individual (18+): $12/month or $125/year
Junior Individual: $10/month or $100/year
Family Membership (same household): $20/month or $200/year

I’m a monthly member — what happens to my billing?
January renewals will process as usual (January 1 & 3)
February renewals will process on February 1 & 3 at the new rates
No action is required unless you would like to change your membership type

I’m an annual member — when does my price change?
Renewals in January will process at the current rate
Renewals from February through December will reflect the new pricing

Why introduce a junior membership?
As our junior programming has expanded, we wanted a clearer and more equitable way to structure access for youth players. The junior membership helps support continued investment in junior equipment, programming, and development opportunities.

Court Reservations & Pricing
What is the unified court pricing model?
BTT now uses one consistent pricing structure across all court sports — tennis, pickleball, and badminton. This simplifies scheduling, improves fairness across sports, and allows us to manage court availability more efficiently.

How are courts defined?
Half Court: 1 pickleball court or 1 badminton court
Full Court: 1 tennis court or 2 pickleball/badminton courts

How is pricing handled if my reservation spans different time windows?
Court reservations are priced based on the start time of the reservation. The rate shown when you book applies to the full reservation, even if it extends into another time window.

Can I split the cost with other players?
Yes. Court pricing is hourly and may be split among players however you choose.

Will you provide pricing examples?
Yes. A full pricing table will be shared with examples for:

Half and full court reservations
1- and 2-hour bookings
Per-player cost for doubles and group play

Does this affect leagues, clinics, or lessons?
No. League fees, clinics, lessons, and other structured programs are priced separately and are not affected by these court rate updates.

How does this compare to other facilities?
Even with these updates, BTT remains competitively priced relative to comparable indoor facilities in the region, while offering broad programming, flexible scheduling, and strong community access.

Will prices continue to increase every year?
Our goal is not frequent changes. This update reflects several years of held pricing alongside rising costs. Any future adjustments will be evaluated carefully and communicated well in advance.
