Turf Matters LLC seeks a Head Tennis Professional in Bloomington, IL. Duties: 1. Direct and lead the Highest Level of Junior Development Clinics in Central Illinois, both the play sessions and teaching or drill sessions. 2. Ability to travel around Central Illinois to watch clients play in tournaments to evaluate play during real matches. 3. Run or direct USTA Tourneys, Leagues, and Camps as directed by the GM. 4. Provides efficient and courteous customer service regarding tennis court playing conditions, and rules and regulations of the game. 5. Leads the teaching staff in training sessions for both junior levels and adults. 6. Teach private and/or group lessons to clients, mainly juniors, which means being able to play and hit for several hours a day on court and not just feed balls. Actively playing and hitting with clients is a must. Requirements: Two years of competitive tennis playing experience at the college, university or professional level. Full-time.
